Introduction
------------
PlextorConfig is a tool to modify the behaviour of
Plextor CD drives. At the moment it can check,
activate or deactivate the Audio Player compatibility
mode of those drives that support this.

If this mode is enabled, then the drive only looks at the
first session and ignores the following ones, just
like a normal Audio CD player does. This is useful if
a CD contains broken or unreadable tables of content
for the following sessions.

Please note that changing this behaviour has no effect
on the disc already inserted in the drive. It only has
an effect when inserting a new disc. The behaviour
also will not survive a reset.

MakeCD + Availability of PlextorConfig

PlextorConfig was brought to you by the author who also wrote the
SCSI, IO and GUI part of MakeCD, an "excellent" (Amiga Format
#112) CD writing software for the Amiga and the FlashROM tool.
Following the example set with FlashROM I have decided not to
restrict the usage of this tool to the users of our CD writing
software.

Of course you are welcome to have a look at MakeCD in case that
you should not know or use it already. An only slightly restricted
demo of the current version is available at "http://makecd.core.de/".
